There's more than great golfing to be had at Kelowna's Predator Ridge resort. The resort was recently announced one of the top places to work in Canada.

According to a nation-wide survey published today in the Globe and Mail, Predator Ridge Resort made the cut for the 100 Best Workplaces in Canada. The resort placed 36 out of 50 in the category for medium-sized businesses employing between 50 and 999 workers.

Brad Pelletier, Vice President of Predator Ridge Resort, says, “We are committed to creating a great workplace at Wesbild and Predator Ridge because we know it allows us to attract and retain great people. Somewhere that is productive, fun, safe and provides employees learning opportunities while they are here all contribute to our commitment. We have always been regarded as a great place to live and vacation…..we can now add work to that list.”

The awards were presented to companies where employees reported a strong relation of trust with their employers. The results reflect feedback from 57,000 employees surveyed by the Great Place to Work institute. The Institute's Trust index is one of the most widely accepted employee satisfaction tools in the world.

Google, Intuit Canada ULC and Microsoft Canada Inc. were listed as the top three employers for the category of large and multinational companies.
