OKANAGAN - Two Okanagan skiers are Sochi-bound.

Justin Dorey, 26, of Vernon and Matt Margetts, also 26, of Penticton were named to the Canadian Olympic team today in the halfpipe category.

Dorey was born in Calgary, calls Vernon home, and currently lives and trains in Whistler. He was part of the Silver Star Freestyle Club as a kid and made the national team in 2007. Check out his full bio—and find out why his nickname is ‘Bone’—on his Freestyle Ski page.

Margetts was born in Victoria and now hails from Penticton. He learned to ski at 13 and is the first skier to land a double cork 900. Learn more about him here.
