North Okanagan Remembrance Day ceremonies

There are a number of Remembrance Day ceremonies being held throughout the North Okanagan on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013.

VERNON – There are a number of ceremonies planned in the North Okanagan for Remembrance Day on Monday.

Vernon
Kal Tire Place
Community Remembrance Day Service
Doors open for seating at 9:30 a.m.
The service begins at 10:15 a.m.

Coldstream
Cenotaph
Commencing at 10:45 a.m.
Followed by refreshments courtesy of the Coldstream Fire Hall

 

 

Lavington
Cenotaph - In the park on School Road
Commencing at 10:45 a.m.
Followed by refreshments courtesy of the Lavington Fire Hall

Armstrong
Hassen Arena
The ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m.
You’re encouraged to arrive early to be in your seat before the ceremony starts

Enderby
Cenotaph Park
The ceremony commences at 10:35 a.m.
Followed by refreshments at the Enderby Legion
