SHUSWAP - Three overdue hunters from the Anglemont area were last seen in the Mackenzie area two weeks ago.

RCMP received a report of three overdue hunters on the afternoon of Sunday, May 24. The trio left Anglemont and were believed to be hunting in the Omineca 7-38 Wildife Management unit. They were scheduled to return home by May 21 at the latest.

Enrico Marosi, 34, Marcus Glass, 45, and Thomas Glass, 42, were last seen stopping to purchase fuel in Mackenzie on May 11. They were travelling in a 2011 black Dodge 3500 one ton pickup with plate number DH6765. The truck had a large Tidy Tank in the back.

Search and rescue has been activated but have not been able to locate the trio. The management unit covers a large area of forest and the exact location of where the hunters were going to be is not known.

RCMP note all three men are experienced outdoorsman but there is concern for their well-being given their overdue date.

The RCMP is now reaching out to the public in order to narrow down a search area for the overdue hunters. Anyone with any information regarding a sighting of this vehicle or the three occupants is asked to contact the Mackenzie RCMP at 250-997-3288.
