Police are looking for two men who robbed a liquor store at knifepoint last night.

West Kelowna RCMP say they received a report of the robbery taking place at the Liquor Depot located at 3000 Louie Drive just before 9 p.m. Nov. 13.

A man entered the store and waited by the beer display for a customer to leave before pulling out a kitchen knife and demanding the employee hand over all the money.

He then fled with a small amount of cash, getting into the passenger side of an older white/grey pickup truck. It's reported a lawn mower handle and other equipment were visible in the bed of the truck. The truck left eastbound and was last seen heading toward Kelowna.

The suspect caught on camera is described as a Caucasian man with a medium build. He was wearing black pants and a red and black hooded jacket with the hood up.

The RCMP asks anyone with information to call the West Kelowna detachment at 250-768-2880. Anonymous tips can be called into Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, shared online at www.crimestoppers.net or texted to CRIMES (274637) ktown.
