May Days Parade rolling road closures

The 2014 Rutland May Days Parade will be on Saturday, May 17. The parade starts at 10:30 a.m. at the Rutland Recreation Park parking lot on Hartman Road.

Rutland Road North between Hartman Road and Centennial Park will be closed, with rolling closures in effect from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to accommodate the parade. A detour route will be clearly marked for motorists.

There will be partial lot closures in the Rutland Recreation Park parking lot on Hartman Road and in the Roxby parking lot on Roxby Road effective from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Traffic control personnel will be visible along the affected residential streets. Motorists may experience minor disruptions and are advised to plan their routes accordingly to avoid delays.
