Some of the most active companies traded Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange:

Toronto Stock Exchange (14,491.05, up 22.61 points):

Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Up two cents, or 1.23 per cent, to $1.65 on 9.9 million shares.

Romarco Minerals Inc. (TSX:R). Miner. Down 3.5 cents, or 6.73 per cent, to 48.5 cents on 5.1 million shares.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down half a cent, or 3.52 per cent, to $1.37 on 5.1 million shares.

NeuLion Inc. (TSX:NLN). Communications. Down 72 cents, or 47.37 per cent, to 80 cents on 4.8 million shares.

Barrick Gold Corp. (TSX:ABX). Miner. Up 28 cents, or 3.03 per cent, to $8.97 on 4.6 million shares.

Long Run Exploration Ltd. (TSX:LRE). Oil and gas. Up 13 cents, or 22.81 per cent, to 70 cents on 4.1 million shares.

Saputo Inc. (TSX:SAP). Consumer packaged goods. Up $1.47, or 4.90 per cent, to $31.44 on 619,249 shares. The head of the country's largest dairy processor says Saputo Inc. is well-positioned to prosper no matter what changes may come to Canada's dairy supply management system as a result of the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership. Chief executive Lino Saputo Jr. said the company will be able to adapt to the free trade deal because it has large operations on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border and in other countries.

Uni-Select Inc. (TSX:UNS). Automotive parts. Up 64 cents, or 1.09 per cent, to $59.45 on 121,261 shares. Quebec-based Uni-Select Inc. has acquired the assets of a Colorado paint supply business as part of the expansion of its FinishMaster business south of the border. Uni-Select of Boucherville, Que., is a Canadian distributor of automotive parts that has been diversifying into the paint business through FinishMaster, which has a total of 168 branches and three distribution centres in the U.S.
