PENTICTON - The man killed in a motorcycle accident in Penticton over the weekend has been identified.

PENTICTON - Kevin Michael Bradley Vezina, a 41-year-old man from Penticton, collided with a pickup truck at the intersection of Main Street and Industrial Avenue on Saturday afternoon. He was thrown from his bike and suffered injuries which he succumbed to after being taken to Penticton Regional Hospital.

Vezina’s sister posted a photo of her brother on Facebook, and thanked anyone who was with her brother in his final moments. She said Vezina suffered head and face trauma from the crash.

“My brother is sporting a new set of wings and if you were there with him I'm sure you were there for a reason,” she said. “My family is forever grateful to anyone who tried to help Kevin.”

RCMP and B.C. Coroners Service are investigating his death.
