KELOWNA – Police are looking for the woman who bear-sprayed someone two separate times in downtown Kelowna this morning.

Const. Tania Carroll says in a media release a female suspect on a bicycle rode down Leon Avenue June 29 at around 7:45 a.m. She bear-sprayed a man and fled but 20 minutes later found the same victim behind a downtown business, and sprayed him a second time.

Police were able to find the victim, who did not wait at the scene for the ambulance, and are reviewing video footage to try and determine if the two individuals knew each other.
