The main entrance and roundabout driveway at Kelowna General Hospital’s Centennial building reopened to the public on Saturday, November 1, 2014.
For the past 10 weeks, the Centennial entrance and driveway were temporarily relocated due to construction on the Interior Heart and Surgical Centre. The work was required to tie the Surgical Centre with the Centennial Building, and to incorporate the turnaround and patient drop-off area with the new building.
The temporary entrance, located directly beneath the Pandosy Skywalk, will close to the public upon the main entrance re-opening.
Interior Health would like to thank the public for their cooperation and patience over the past several weeks as we expand patient care services at KGH.
