KELOWNA - Have you lost a bunch of money?

Kelowna RCMP say the rightful owner of an envelope of cash found by a very honest passenger on a Kelowna Transit bus can claim their money, if they can describe it.

Kelowna RCMP spokesperson Const. Jesse O’Donaghey says in a media release the owner must know how much money was in the envelope, the denominations and the markings on the envelope itself.

O’Donaghey says the passenger on the UBCO to West Kelowna bus got off downtown to report the find before continuing on to the Westside.

If this cash could be yours, contact Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300.
