VERNON - Cooper needs a home with energetic, outdoor-loving people who go on plenty of walks and hikes.

He's eight-years-old, but he's still got lots of spunk and energy.

Cooper also loves water and swimming out to fetch sticks. Cooper can be a little reactive with other dogs so he would need some help with introduction to new dogs.
