Looking for a forever home; Vernon SPCA pet of the week

Thor is a sweet ad loving guy who is looking for a calm, quiet home to call his own.

He is very sensitive to his environment, and does not do well in very busy or stressful homes where there is lots of noise and activity.

Thor needs an experienced guardian who can provide lots of exercise and consistency in his life.

Thor LOVES to chew, a Bubba Kong is his favourite toy or he'll play tug of war with you all afternoon.

He has lived with children, but older children would be best, not infants or toddlers. He gets along with other dogs, but will need a feline-free home.

His new family will need to work on him with his on-leash walking as he will pull and he greets new people by jumping all over them to show his affection.

Thor can sit, lay down, and fetch.

He really likes being around people and will need to be introduced to being left on his own in a new home slowly.

If you are interested in learning more about Thor, please speak with a staff member at the Vernon branch of the B.C. SPCA.

Thor's Animal ID number is 390007.
