KELOWNA - The Victoria Royals defeated the Kelowna Rockets 7-4 on Wednesday night, March 16, at Prospera Place in a back and forth game that featured eight power play goals combined.

The Royals jumped out quickly, scoring three times in the first to lead 3-0 after one. Kelowna came back to make the score 3-2 with two early goals in the second. But by the end of the second, the Royals led 6-3 as the teams exchanged six goals in the period.
