Kelowna Chiefs loss to Coyotes

Tyler O’Donnell was rock solid between the pipes in game three of the Kelowna Chiefs playoff series against the Osoyoos Coyotes.

The starter goaltender faced 50 shots between the pipes in the Chiefs 4-1 loss against the Coyotes.  This compares to 23 shots that Kelowna had against the Coyotes.

Kelowna now trails Osoyoos 3-0 in the playoff series.

There was no scoring in the first period and at 19:23 in the second Braeden Cyra scored to put the Chiefs on the board on the power play.

Unfortunately that would be the only goal for Kelowna as Osoyoos would dominate the rest of the game.

Colton Braid scored the game winner in the third period for the 4-1 victory.

The Kelowna Chiefs are now down 3-0 in their series against the Osoyoos Coyotes.  Game four will take place Saturday night in Osoyoos.
