KAMLOOPS - Crime Stoppers in Kamloops is asking for the public's help to identify a man who allegedly damaged two ATMs.

Kamloops and District Crime Stoppers says in a Facebook post a lone man entered a North Shore bank on Feb. 13 and caused damage to two of the ATMs.

It's not known why he damaged the machines. Crime Stoppers says the bank cannot identify the man by any information he tried to enter on the PIN pad.

A bank security camera did capture an image of the suspect standing at the ATM. He's described as Caucasian, in his late 40s with short hair. He was wearing a grey hoodie and a dark toque with some type of design on the front.

If you know this person, you're asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000.
