SUN PEAKS - An early morning joyride on the golf course at Sun Peaks has wrecked at least one green over the weekend.

Cpl. Mike Mucha of the Kamloops rural RCMP detachment says video surveillance shows a white Jeep Wrangler type vehicle doing donuts and spin outs on the 10th hole in the early morning on Sunday, Oct. 11.

The vehicle, which was a two-door model and had a black canopy, possibly removable, caused extensive damage to the green.

RCMP is asking anyone with information to call the detachment at 250-314-1800 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
