THOMPSON-OKANAGAN - If you’ve ever wondered what a large mammoth would look like on skates, you’re in luck. Ice Age On Ice is coming to both Kamloops and Kelowna this fall.
The show will feature characters from the multi-billion dollar animated franchise including Scrat, Sid, Manny and Diego. A once-dormant volcano will rumble back to life after Scrat buries his prized acorn in it and will send a wave of lava towards the magical Frostberry forcing the group to save themselves from extinction.
Ice Age On Ice will be in Kamloops for four shows from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2 and then will two shows will take place in Kelowna Oct. 4 to 5. Other B.C. stops include Vancouver, Victoria and Prince George.
The Kamloops presale begins Wednesday, June 8, at 10 a.m. and tickets for both locations will be available to the general public June 10.
