PENTICTON - If the nominations are as good as this promotional video from the Penticton Arts Council, the Penticton Arts Awards this February should be spectacular.

The arts council is hosting its second annual art celebration on Feb. 26, 2015 to recognize winning nominees for their outstanding artistic achievements. The council put out the video below today to encourage more nominations and recognize individuals and organizations for their contributions to arts and culture in Penticton.

Nomination deadline is Jan. 19, 2015. The awards presentation takes place on Feb. 26 at the Shatford Centre. Reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by awards presentations at 7.
