KAMLOOPS - A Kamloops man is expected to go to trial in November in connection with a double homicide.
Roy Fraser faces two counts of murder following the police discovery of two bodies at Knouff Lake in 2009.
RCMP discovered the bodies of Damien Marks, 31, and Kenneth Yaretz, 24. Police searched Fraser's property for the men who had gone missing in spring 2009.
Fraser was released on bail last year and his trial was previously scheduled for April 2 before judge and jury. A warrant was issued for a material witness in the case in March, just weeks before the scheduled trial.
A jury is expected to be selected on Nov. 4 with a trial Nov. 12.
