Crime Stoppers most wanted: Lally Emma Charlie

Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following female who is wanted on a province-wide warrant as of December 12.

Lally Emma Charlie,31, is wanted for two counts of breach of probation.

Charlie is described as a non-white female, 5’8” tall and 111 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Crime Stoppers will pay cash for information leading to the arrest of this suspect.
