KAMLOOPS - A crash between a bus and a car slowed traffic in the downtown area this morning.
The crash occurred at the corner of St. Paul Street and 4 Avenue at 8:30 a.m. during the morning commute.
The bus carrying 23 passengers was travelling south on 4 Avenue while the car was approaching eastbound on St. Paul Street.
"It appears the bus had the right of way" RCMP Cpl. Cheryl Bush says. Both vehicles received damage to the front.
The three occupants of the car were taken to hospital along with three passengers of the bus and the bus driver. All injuries were non-life threatening according to an RCMP media release.
The area is expected to be cleaned up by 10 a.m.
