Preliminary inquiry begins today for three police officers and a jail guard all accused of watching two female inmates have sex in a cell on video in 2010.
Cpl. Kenneth Brown, Const. Evan Elgee and Const. Stephen Zaharia and civilian jail guard David Tompkins, face one count each of breach of trust.
A preliminary inquiry is a pre-trial hearing to weigh evidence before committed the accused to trial. It begins in Kamloops Provincial Court today.
