Cod Gone Wild performs this Friday

Returning to Music in the Park for the second year in a row, Cod Gone Wild will treat the audience this Friday night to an energetic evening of modern Celtic music.

A big hit with last year’s Music in the Park attendees, Cod Gone Wild is a group of four talented musicians who call the Okanagan home and are the featured performers at this Friday’s free outdoor concert in Memorial Park. Find out more about Cod Gone Wild at www.codgonewild.com.
The lineup for the August 16 Music in the Park, includes:
-  Talented Kid: 6:45 p.m. -        Triple Threat
-  Opening Act: 7:15 p.m. -        The Malarkeys
-  Headline Act: 8:15 p.m. -        Cod Gone Wild

Free, family friendly Music in the Park concerts take place every Friday night from 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. through August 30 at Memorial Park, adjacent to Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre. Music lovers will enjoy a variety of genres including country, pop, classical, and more! West Kelowna Recreation staff will be in the park hosting games and activities for the kids. A food vendor will also be operating on site this year, offering hot food, sandwiches and cool summer treats.
