KAMLOOPS – The Kamloops Blazers have two home games this weekend as they host the Victoria Royals on Friday, Feb. 27 and the Vancouver Giants on Saturday, Feb. 28.
Friday night is ‘Country Night’ as fans are encouraged to dress in their best western attire to win prizes including Chad Brownlee concert tickets and Rockin’ River Music Festival passes in Merritt this summer.
One lucky fan will go home with a new car courtesy of the Kamloops Auto Mall (Volkswagen of Kamloops, River City Nissan, Rivershore Ram, Kamloops Mazda, Dearborn Ford, and Kamloops Dodge.)
All you need to do is be in attendance on Friday night and you’ll have a chance to win a new car
Country singer Art Pruce will be performing in the Parkside Lounge following the game and will sing the national anthem.
Country 103 is sponsoring a section of seating at the Interior Savings Centre. Tickets to the game in the Country 103 section can be purchased for just $10.30, available at the box office only.
If you’re looking for western wear, show your ticket to Friday’s game at The Horse Barn for 10 per cent off western shirts. Also, show your ticket stub at Cactus Jack’s and get two for one cover on Friday night.
Saturday night is the final Kids Night of the season. If you buy a regular priced adult or senior ticket, you can receive a child’s ticket for free!
Saturday is also mascot night with a approximately a dozen mascots in the building that will be visiting with fans on the concourse and playing a game on the ice in the second intermission.
