PENTICTON - Residents of Camrose Street in Penticton may want to find things to do that don’t involve use of electricity this weekend.

The City of Penticton advises approximately 30 utility customers on Camrose Street of a planned power outage on Sunday, Sept. 25 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the 1700 to 2100 block of Camrose Street between Industrial Avenue East to Warren Avenue East.

The outage is necessary to allow electrical crews to undertake upgrades involving the Penticton Regional Hospital Expansion project.

Anyone with questions or concerns is asked to contact Cara at the Penticton Electric Utility department at 250-490-2535.
