BOSTON - Hollywood film crews are in Boston shooting scenes for upcoming movies about the 2013 Boston Marathon attack as the real-life marathon is underway.

Actor and Boston native Mark Wahlberg filmed a scene dressed in a Boston police uniform at the marathon finish line early Monday morning.

The 44-year-old Wahlberg plays a fictional police officer named Tommy Saunders in "Patriots Day," a re-telling of the deadly attack.

Jake Gyllenhaal, meanwhile, was at Fenway Park shooting scenes for his upcoming movie "Stronger," about bombing survivor Jeff Bauman, who lost both his legs in the attack that killed three people and injured hundreds more.

The 35-year-old actor and Bauman also threw out the first pitch as the Boston Red Sox took on the Toronto Blue Jays.
