PENTICTON - Osoyoos RCMP are asking residents in Penticton and the surrounding region to be on the lookout for some items stolen in two separate break and enters in Osoyoos last week.

A break and enter to the Wander Home Furniture store in Osoyoos on Dec. 20 netted thieves a small amount of cash in addition to a large ornamental dragon’s head.

On Dec. 22, Osoyoos RCMP also responded to a break and enter at the Illumination Spa, located in the Watermark Resort in Osoyoos. A cash box with cash inside, several unique bracelets and some Aveda hair products were stolen.

The dragon’s head and bracelets are considered to be unusual items. Osoyoos RCMP are asking members of the public to contact police should they be approached and asked to purchase the items.

If anyone has any information regarding these thefts, please call the Penticton RCMP at 250-492-4300, or Crime Stoppers at 250-770-4721.
