VERNON – The populations of Vernon, Armstrong and Enderby will slowly be returning to normal as the 30th annual Funtastic Slo-pitch and Music Festival winds down.
The largest slo-pitch tournament in Canada featured over 200-teams and some 5,000-ball players this year.
Along with slo-pitch, the music festival featured some oldies but goodies.
Nazareth headlined the line-up on Friday while Trooper rocked the crowd Sunday night to close out the music portion of the event.
The RCMP say there were a lot of noise complaints over the weekend with some partiers ending up in cells for “over consumption” of alcohol.
