B.C. securities commission alleges sisters illegally distributed $75,000 shares

VANCOUVER - The British Columbia Securities Commission alleges two sisters committed fraud and illegally distributed shares in a joint venture with Wheatland Industrial Park Inc., an Alberta company they co-founded. The regulator claims at least 78 individuals and corporations bought $85,000 shares in the venture.
