On a PC Using Internet Explorer
- Click on the appropriate Info-Tel image to initiate the download
- This generates a “File Download” window
- Click on “Run”
- “Internet Explorer Security Warning” window pops up
- Click on “Run”
- “InfoTel Website Launcher Setup Wizard” pops up
- Click on “Next”
- The next window advises of the default download location for the program (Program Files) If it is necessary to change this browse to locate the location you would like to change it to.
- Click “Next”
- Click “Next” again
- Once the “Installation Complete” window is displayed click on “Close”
- The icon is now on your desktop
On a PC Using FireFox
(confirm the default download location in your Firefox browser is set to C:\Program Files by opening a new Firefox browser window and going to Tools > Options> “Main” tab > Downloads > Save Files To > C:\Program Files)
- Click on the appropriate Info-Tel image to initiate the download
- Opening Info-Tel Website Launcher window appears
- Click on “Save File”
- “Downloads” window opens. The program will download to the default download location that the individual Firefox browser is set to. (In this situation this should be set to C:\Program Files)
- Double click the file you are attempting to download.
- Open Executable File? Message appears.
- Click “OK”
- Open File – Security Window appears
- Click “Run”
- “InfoTel Website Launcher Setup Wizard” pops up
- Click on “Next”
- The next window advises of the default download location for the program (Program Files)IF it is necessary to change this browse to locate the location you would like to change it to.
- Click “Next”
- Click “Next” again
- Once the “Installation Complete” window is displayed click on “Close”
On a MAC using Firefox
Click on the icon. The file appears in the download window. Either double click the downloaded file or go to your “Downloads” folder.
The following window opens displaying the application folder and the program icon.
Drag the icon to the application folder to finish the installation.

Click on the icon on the www.infotel.ca homepage.
The file appears in the download window.
Either double click the downloaded file or double click on it from within your “Downloads” folder.
A window opens displaying the application folder and the program icon.
Drag the icon to the application folder to finish the installation.
The icon should now be on your desktop.
On a MAC using Safari
